The Story

Challenge
Farmers Insurance wanted to target new clients that were not current customers. In order to achieve this, we implemented their CRM data as a suppression segment to avoid delivering ads to these people. Two different click-through tactics were used: click-to-call and click-to web. Campaign was optimized based on engagement levels in each market between these two tactics.

Implemented a 3rd party suppression segment via LiveRamp. Multiple creative sets based on click-through messaging. Targeted Geofencing based on Mobile Retargeting the OOH Wallscapes & Digital Bulletins.
