Challenge  
Drive market awareness during Essence Festival in New Orleans among African American audiences and Women ages 18–54. Following the event, the goal was to retarget exposed audiences using profile-based segments to measure downstream engagement and click-to-purchase impact.

Solution
Blue Bite’s Shadowfence technology was deployed in conjunction with a mobile billboard truck to deliver real-time, 1:1 mobile ads to consumers in close proximity to the moving vehicle. As the branded truck traveled throughout high-traffic festival areas, exposed devices received immediate, contextually relevant messaging. Shadowfence Retargeting was then activated post-exposure to increase message frequency, reinforce recall, and capitalize on the recency effect.
